The development of a GSN for Operational Readiness Requirements included alignment to the program, organisation, suppliers, configuration states, disciplines, and Primavera P6 schedule.

The Operational Readiness GSN was developed to complement the reporting and tracking requirements for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) and QR. The Operational Readiness GSN provided a progressive safety argument for the solution.
