Transport Planning Operation & Maintenance Concept

Axess was responsible for providing operations and maintenance (O&M) costing for the Sydney Metro Greater West Strategic and Final Business Case. The works included O&M costing for railway infrastructure, rollingstock, precincts, car parks, operations, routine maintenance, corrective maintenance, capital replacement and determination of the residual values of assets. At Strategic Business Case, Axess prepared O&M cost comparisons for numerous rail staging scenarios and alignments for the Western Sydney Airport and surrounding precincts. At Final Business Case, Axess prepared the O&M costing for the preferred solution to support funding decisions between Transport for NSW and NSW Treasury.
